INCO(g)NTXT
INCO(g)NTXT is a multidisciplinary platform co-founded by Gandong Cai and Mingjie Cai, dedicated to independent research, design exploration, and critical discourse on contemporary urban and cultural conditions. Its work investigates the relationships between personal desire, cultural affinity, and urban space, with a broader interest in how emerging social, emotional, and spatial identities shape the built environment.
The platform’s research and design work has been published or featured in journals and platforms including Nakhara, Landscape Architecture Frontiers, LA+, and Landscape Research Record (CELA), with projects exhibited at Dubai Expo 2020, the Anchorage Museum, the Media Architecture Biennale, and Shenzhen MoCAPE. INCO(g)NTXT also maintains ongoing editorial and writing engagement with Guangdong Landscape Architecture.
